Return & Refund Policy

At Bella Straps, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include original packaging and accessories
  • Show no signs of damage, wear, alteration, or misuse

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is not free
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Return Authorization Required

Before sending any item back, you must contact us first.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


Return Address (Important)

Depending on the product type, variant, or fulfillment location, returns may be directed to one of our warehouses:

  • United States
  • China

The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Customers must not ship items to any address unless instructed by our support team.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

If the returned item does not meet our quality requirements, the refund may be refused or partially issued, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked)
  • Returns requested after 30 days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
